Building services and mechanical engineering · 40 people · Client since 2022 ## Rossair: IT, phones and a website that brings in work, from one team Rossair is a building services and mechanical engineering contractor, trading since 1973, with a team of about 40. They came to us for IT support. Four years on, we also run their phone system and look after the website that brings in their enquiries. ### What they needed - IT that works without fuss, so the engineers and the office can get on with the job. - A phone system the office and the engineers can rely on, wherever they are. - A website that explains what Rossair does and brings in new enquiries, rather than a brochure that sits there. - One number to call, whatever the problem. ### What we do - Managed IT support for the whole team: everyday help, security, Microsoft 365 and the kit. - Their business phone system, so calls reach the right person in the office or on site. - Their website, rossair.co.uk, which we built and now host and look after. - One point of contact for all three, so nothing falls between suppliers. The new website went live in summer 2026 and brings in a steady stream of enquiries from the estates Rossair wants to work with, in healthcare, education and facilities management. Large organisation · 180 people · Client since 2024 ## LAMDA: security policies written together, for a team of 180 LAMDA is a large, busy organisation of around 180 people, with staff joining and leaving all the time. Security matters to them, and over two years we have developed their policies together. ### What they needed - Starters and leavers handled quickly and properly, every time. - Security policies that stand up to scrutiny, not a template. - A provider that works as part of the team, not a ticket queue. ### What we do - Everyday IT support for 180 people. - Access reviews, so the right people have the right access and leavers lose theirs on the day. - Backup testing, so recovery is proven rather than assumed. - Policies developed together, from access reviews to backup testing. Two years in, LAMDA and Network London work as one team. Private equity · 30 people · Client since 2025 ## A private equity firm: IT and cyber security policy for a team with investors to answer to A small team with serious responsibilities to their investors. They needed IT and cyber security policy that would satisfy due diligence, and someone to run their IT so they could concentrate on the fund. ### What they needed - Policies that investors and auditors will accept. - Everyday support for a small, busy team. - A relationship with people who know them, not a helpdesk. ### What we do - Shaped their IT and cyber security policy. - Look after their IT day to day. - Built a strong working relationship within the first year.
