# Managed IT services pricing, from £1,000 a month

Network London's managed IT services start from £1,000 a month. From our office in London SE1, a team of 17 looks after IT and security for growing businesses in London and around the world. We build each package around your business, so you pay for the support your business needs.

## What to expect from our pricing

Prices start from £1,000 a month. After that, the cost depends on what your business needs.

- Every monthly bill is itemised by service, so you can see what you're paying for.
- Contracts adapt as your team grows or changes, so the level of support stays right for you.
- Equipment leasing and payment plans are available if they help with cash flow.

The breadth of a team for less than the cost of a hire.

## How we work out the cost of your IT support

We build each package around your business: how many people you have, how they work, the systems you rely on and what you'd like us to take care of. The main things that change the cost are the number of people and devices, software licences, and extras such as regular site visits or compliance work. We don't publish per-user prices. Once we understand what you need, we'll give you a clear figure.

## Questions that shape your price

These are the things we'll talk through with you. Your answers decide what goes into your package.

- **Helpdesk support**: Is remote support enough, or would you like regular visits to one or more offices?
- **Cyber security**: Do your current security measures cover what your clients and insurers ask about? Would your people benefit from training?
- **Software**: Would you like us to manage your software licences? Do you need extras such as email filtering or archiving?
- **Communications**: Do you need a straightforward phone system, or phones working alongside video calls and Microsoft Teams?
- **Connectivity**: How much does your working day depend on your internet connection? Do you need a disaster recovery plan?
- **Compliance**: Do you need to meet a standard such as Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001, or answer security questionnaires from your clients?

## Example packages

Here are three examples of how packages come together, from remote helpdesk support to a fully managed service. Yours will be built around your business.

### Remote

For example, a remote team with no office that needs helpdesk support and essential cyber security.

- Helpdesk support
- Cyber security

### Office-based

For example, a business with more complex systems that wants weekly site visits and stronger cyber security.

- Helpdesk support
- Cyber security
- Scheduled site visits
- Software licensing

### Fully managed

For example, a business that wants us to look after everything, from everyday support to compliance.

- Helpdesk support
- Cyber security
- Scheduled site visits
- Software licensing
- Phone systems (VoIP)
- Internet services
- Compliance

## Building your IT package together

Every package starts with the core services below. We then add what your business needs from the other groups. Here is what each one covers.

### Core services

- **Handovers**: A planned move from your current provider. You meet the people who will look after you first.
- **Essential security**: Core protection for every device, including antivirus and DNS filtering.
- **Essential training**: Regular cyber security awareness training for your people.
- **A team who know you**: You'll know the people looking after your IT, and they'll know your business.
- **Planning ahead**: Help thinking ahead on security, compliance and new systems, alongside day-to-day support.
- **Assessments**: We start with your business: your people, how you work, the systems you rely on and where the risks are. Then we give you a clear view of what we'd recommend.

### Support

- **Unlimited helpdesk**: Unlimited requests by phone, email and online portal. A real person answers the phone.
- **Emergency site visits**: Someone on site when a problem can't be fixed remotely.

- **Scheduled site visits**: Regular visits to your office for planned work and to help your people.

### Advanced cyber security

- **Network auditing**: Regular checks of your network to find weak spots and performance problems.
- **Vulnerability scanning**: Scans of your systems to find security weaknesses so they can be fixed.
- **Dark web monitoring**: An alert if your company's data turns up for sale online.
- **Phishing simulations**: Practice phishing emails that help your team spot the real thing.
- **Advanced user training**: Deeper cyber security training for people who need more than the basics.
- **Penetration testing**: Specialists test your defences the way an attacker would, then tell you what to improve.
- **Security operations centre**: Security analysts who watch for threats and act on them as they appear.
- **Device threat detection**: Monitoring of laptops and desktops that spots and stops suspicious activity.

### Management

- **System management**: Updates and health checks for your computers and systems, done remotely.
