If you’ve used our support tools before, click ‘Launch App’, otherwise click on ‘Download App’.

You’re welcome to store the application for future support sessions, otherwise feel free to delete the app after the remote tasks have been completed.

Once downloaded, follow the instructions on screen which describe how to locate and open the app after installation.
