An investment firm asked us to review an AI platform another company was building for them. We went through the detail and spotted two issues. Their data would be stored in Singapore when it needed to stay in the UK, and they wouldn’t fully own what they were paying for. They went back to the table knowing what needed to change. We then limited the new app’s access to the two SharePoint sites it needed.
We also build with AI. Claude, from Anthropic, is one of our main tools, and we use it for applications, smart websites, automation, and AI and agentic systems. We take the same care over data and access in our own work as we do when we review someone else’s.
