Network London looks after Apple Macs, iPhones and iPads for growing businesses, alongside their Windows PCs. The same team supports every device, and we set Macs up to work with Microsoft 365 so everyone shares the same email and files. We’re based near London Bridge and support clients across the world.

Do any of these sound familiar?
We believe Mac users should get the same standard of support as everyone else in the office.

Plenty of offices have Macs in some teams and Windows PCs in others. We support Macs through the same team as every other device, so your people have one number to call and a real person answers. Network London has looked after business IT for 20 years, and we plan Mac updates and security with the rest of your IT.
A lot of good support is low key. We remember how someone’s Mac is set up, and we call back when we said we would.
Tell us how your team uses Macs and we’ll show you how we would look after them.
Get in touchOur engineers get to know your business and your people. When a Mac user calls, they speak to someone who understands how your office is set up.
Questions about Macs, Windows PCs, iPhones and iPads all go to the same team. Nobody has to work out who to ask.
Our security work is led by Ian Welch, our Technical Director. Macs get the same security checks and updates as the rest of your devices.

Your staff contact us with Mac problems, from apps that won’t open to printers that won’t connect.
Managed Macs can have settings, apps and security applied centrally, so every machine is set up the same way.
Apple releases software updates that include security fixes. We keep track of which Macs are up to date and help get the rest updated.

Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams all run on Mac. We set them up so Mac users work with the same email, calendars and files as everyone else.

Get in touchYes. Network London supports Macs for growing businesses, usually with 20 or more people. We’re based near London Bridge and support clients across the world. Yes. Microsoft makes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams for Mac, and Mac users can open the same shared files as everyone else. We set up the apps and accounts so Mac users can work alongside PC users without a separate system.
We keep Macs updated and check that security settings such as disk encryption are switched on. Apple builds security features into its devices, but they only help when they are set up and kept current. Macs are included in the same checks as your other devices. Our cyber security service covers the wider picture.
Yes. We support both through the same team. Shared printers, file storage and Microsoft 365 are set up so both kinds of computer can use them, and we plan for both when your IT changes.
The cost of Mac support depends on how many people use Macs, how they are set up now and what other IT we look after for you. Once we understand that, we’ll give you a clear quote.
We set the Mac up with their Microsoft 365 account, the apps they need and your security settings. When your Macs are managed centrally, much of this can be applied to a new machine automatically. That keeps every Mac in the office set up the same way.
